Urban Green Lab was founded in 2009 in Nashville, Tennessee, and incorporated as a 501(c)3 nonprofit in 2011. Our mission is to teach communities how to live sustainably. At Urban Green Lab, we organize, train, and connect visionaries in classrooms, households, and workplaces so they feel empowered to teach others how and why to make more sustainable choices.
