New Hope Village & Farm is a new community currently being formed as a cohousing residential and small farm community in the Joelton, TN. A growing group of people is coming together to jointly invest in and design a community of clustered, fully equipped, private homes with a working, sustainable farm, conservation areas, and a multi-use clubhouse for social and shared meal activities.
